Counsel Track is a HUD approved Client Management System (CMS) which allows HUD Housing Counseling Agencies and HUD counselors to track and report their housing counseling sessions. The system is simple to use and can handle all counseling types as defined by HUD. The system has the capability to report/post to HUD’s Housing Counseling System (HCS) independently for each Agency or Department. Counsel Track is current with the HUD ARM requirements using the latest databag (4.0).
